I am a licensed Real Estate Broker in both the State of Arizona and the State of California, with over 20 years of experience in the fields of residential home sales, investment properties, and mortgage loans.

In addition to my Broker’s License, I have completed advanced educations and earned Designations from the following:

CRS Designation – Council of Residential Specialists

GRI Designation – Graduate of the Real Estate Institute

(earned by less than 3% of all real estate licensees over the past 20 years)

ABR Designation – Accredited Buyer Specialist

I am an active member of the Phoenix Association of Realtors, Arizona Association of Realtors, San Diego Association of Realtors, California Association of Realtors, and the National Association of Realtors.

In the field of mortgage lending I have completed courses from the American School of Mortgage Banking and am certified in Loan Processing, Loan Origination and Conventional Underwriting.
